Tends to work people to their breaking point. Very clique-ish, needs better communication from the top down. Departments need more training and mentor-ship for new hires rather then the toss them into the fire atmosphere. Upper management is afraid to say no to clients & sales, even if it means putting out sub-par work. This creates a problem and lowers morale. Management needs to stick up for their team members, push to get them the help they need, listen to their ideas/suggestions, support your support staff. There is little accountability and no real responsibility in grooming new employees, department managers are too busy with other problems to spend enough time really grooming their hires. No real room for career growth, unless you are hired as a tech or support once you hit a certain level there is no real place to go.
