      Pros

      Interesting project - breaking new ground, new technology, etc. Small teams / start up environment - lots of room to make an impact, varied scope of work. Working with cool people from all over the world. Dog friendly office.

      Cons

      There is no legacy in the industry - challenging work and no benchmark. Public perception of autonomous vehicles is sceptical.

      Pros

      Great place to work if you want to work with modern technologies. Meaningful work as company is pioneering in providing autonomous driving taxi services (impact on urban mobility).

      Cons

      No hybrid or remote work is available by default (3 days in month you are allowed to work from home). This was a dealbreaker why I joined another company.
