Very draining! Customers can literally suck the life out out you every single day. This isn’t my first call center job so I’m very familiar with handling customers via phone but these types of calls can be on an entire different level. They care more about tenure than performance. People have been taking calls for 19 years.. I can’t do it. No upward mobility within the company. First time I ever had to work on Christmas and New Year’s Day! Putting in my two weeks notice soon.
