Pros
The money was ok in the beginig and had a good benifits package until taken away by Seidenberg. He is actually proud that he has taken away a pension plan from thousands of management employees to save $7billion over 10 yrs. Verizon makes this kind of money in a quarter. When does his greed stop.
Cons
They really don't care about employees and hire managers that don't know anything about what thier people do. Most of mid-level management have no clue what it is they are looking at. This is fina as long as the work force knows what to do. What will this company do in 10 years when the Jr management starts looking to these managers for guidance and thay have no clue what it is the technicians do?
