Witnessed three mass layoffs, survived two. Regardless of documented performance, position growth and awards, it does not matter when it comes to cuts. Saw many hard working, smart employees get cut while others remained. Culture teaches you to constantly be looking to move your way up, regardless of longevity and performance. Way too many "progressive mtgs" and leadership turnover.
