President of the company is very goal oriented and presents himself professionally at all times, coworkers are good to work with when around.
Cons
Contractual employees are given less direction from main headquarters and contracts team is severely undermanned which causes them to ghost employees who are coming close to contract extension end dates. CEO will message you if you’re leaving and inform you about how you affected their small business instead of congratulating you for moving on. They will not give you bonuses at the end of the fiscal year even if you have worked the whole year with them and are leaving (discretionary). The family vibe the CEO shows is only when she feels like it and you will be told that layoffs will happen because of your departure.
