Pros
There are no pros to this company. They are disorganized, ran by a bunch of egoccentric & narcissistic individuals that DO NOT take accountability or responsibility for the actual duties of their positions. Too many people in higher up management positions that DO NOT CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMER, only how they look in front of their boss. Too many inflated egos to problem solve for customers and give them solutions that do no take over a year to continue to deal with. It's a broken record and dysfunctional cycle of the excuses that they give NOT to do their jobs. STAY AWAY from this company. It's Dysfunctional, Chaotic and Abusive. Go learn somewhere that you will be valued and appreciated for your hard work ethic and special attention to detail with your customers.

EVERYTHING!!!! I didn't have one positive experience at this company. It was complete HELL and I tried and tried to do everything I could to assist my customers. I should have known this company was going to be a bunch of DRAMA and dysfunctional right from the get go when I asked a question in the group chat and received over 50 messages of nobody knowing what they were talking about and no one knowing what to do about it. It was a vicious cycle of chaos and dysfunction from that point on and let's not leave out the abuse and lies upper management will act upon and tell to cover themselves when they are in the wrong. This company is not built on a great foundation. Save your time, agony and headache and go work for a company that will treat your customers with respect and urgency, value you as an employee and appreciate your hard work ethic.
