      Great benefits, tuition reimbursement (in some cases), CEO/CFO is a brilliant, hard-working woman, opportunity for movement within company (not necessarily in form of promotion, but in location preference)

      Poor management, poor communication between management and employees, unrealistic goals set without proper preparation
