Good for people without buyers experience. It is truly not a buyer's position. More of a call center service area.
Cons
No flexibility!! Managers are not honest about your work schedule before hire. Make sure you can work at anytime. Very outdated system to work with. It takes five transactions to complete one task!! Good Luck!!
