Friendly Staff & Team work Enjoy seeing new client faces daily. Excellent Values and Interest in Service to the Community. They try to make things fun and reward theor employees Provide free events & CLE hours for clients and Reporters/Vendors They are always improving technology and methods within the service and to help clients have the best and most up to date experiences. This has really come out in the current Pandemic climate where they have rolled with virtual capabilities and overcome challenges to continue to supply quality service. There is tons of room for growth an promotion if you are willing to grow and try differnet aspects of the job. They like to promote from within. They truly are the best in the business because I see internally that they CARE about clients and the vendors are very appreciated. If you care about work ethic and doong a great job, you will have no issue at Veritext. I will also add that this business is hospitality based adn we provide accomodations for clientelle. Employees sometimes benefit from that and it is a privilege, not an expecation. I was surprised to see so many people complain here about free perks. Thye provide parking and they have beautiful office spaces that are a great environment. Typically a gym or other amenities are available.
Cons
Training could be more hands on, but it is a fast paced environment so you have to roll with it and learn to keep up. Training is typically an issue at most jobs.
