One supervisor, in particular, was involved in multiple incidents where employees were set up for failure. For example, they granted time off to an employee via Google Chat, then later denied having given permission when speaking with Human Resources—an action that can be substantiated with written evidence. Several incredible employees were terminated based on what appear to be false or misleading statements made by this supervisor. It is concerning that upper management appeared to overlook this behavior, suggesting a tendency to play favorites rather than address issues impartially.
