Most of the employees have been working there for 10+ years and most of them doing the same job for that amount of time. As a result, management was really hands off and put very little effort into working on career development with anyone. It was more like they just let everything run on auto pilot. Also, they tend to hire from outside to fill open management positions.
Several shockingly sexist comments were made by two members of management in my presence on multiple occasions. I couldn't believe such things still occur in a professional environment in 2015.
If you want a job doing the same thing day after day with little career growth or development, then it's a great place to work. If you are ambitious and want a company that offers a career path, you may want to look elsewhere.
