The organisation has strong management and clear structure. Work is well organised, expectations are clear, and teams are supported properly by leads and managers, which helps in delivering quality work in a stable environment.

Training can sometimes be a bit generic or high-level at the start, so it may take some self-learning on real projects to fully understand specific tools, systems, or client environments.

Never worked in a business with such a friendly dynamic. People go for drinks together, the CEO & COO are people who you can genuinely count on if you're going through difficult times. There is also a room to grow within the company. I started in a role that realised I didn't really fit in to and they helped me try different departments and roles and I found something that I enjoyed and felt I could progress in. This is a company that invests in their employees and what started as a short-term job has developed into a career with the company.

When I joined the company was just recovering from a big change in the dynamics after the merge with Isotrak so people were finding their feet. But I would say the past year has definitely been a strong year for the company AND it's employees.
