      Many bright people from the HP/Agilent days, but the overall trend was to layoff everyone from that period

      Cons

      terrible senior management that only worried about themselves. Destroyed all good culture

      The technology is great even it is simple but a lot to learn. The management is very supportive to learn the various technologies

      Pros

      People are making six figures for doing no work. This is GREAT (for those folks receiving it)! Except for those who are natural hard workers and seeing their peers take it easy and getting paid more than them is very demoralizing.

      Cons

      Lots of managers have no business in their position. Technical savvy, but not leadership savvy. Lack of communication. Lots of inequity regarding to pay. Great effort does not equate to higher pay. Lots of folks idle but getting paid 6 figures. Big Welfare System.
