The benefits package is lackluster- offering only 4 weeks of unpaid maternity leave is unacceptable in today's job market. Employees deserve better support, especially when it comes to family leave. The employee handbook is another glaring issue. It feels more like a list of antiquated rules than a guide for fostering a productive work environment. For instance, their grooming standards state, "Hair must be clean, combed, and neatly trimmed or arranged. This includes sideburns, mustaches, and beards. Shaggy, unkempt hair is not permitted." Policies like this are not only outdated but also make the workplace feel unnecessarily restrictive.
