Management is not interested in keeping of most experienced and effective employees - they think that anyone can be replaced but not, it turns into mess and overload for those who stayed. Lots of great professionals leaving not on a good note (like French CEO - Stephane). Lack of communication and honesty on all lavels, strategies and priorities are changing all the time without clear reasons. Promotion policy is unclear, HR does not care of your experience or performance. Quality team is always overloaded and missing people and again, HM does nothing to it but adding new projects/collabs etc. Business over all.
