Pros
Clear business strategy communicated to all levels of the Company. Everyone I have met has been friendly, people are naturally willing to help each other. The lunch allowance/subsidised meals. People are encouraged to eat and share time together.
Cons
Having gone through a period of change with the bringing together of Energy/Water/Waste there are some legacy issues with parts of the business less willing to accept change.
