High tech? No chance. Working practices from the 1960s. Huge reluctance to trust staff with working hours. I've never worked somewhere with such low morale. All everyone does is talk about leaving and browse job sites all day. Funny thing is wider Veolia group is so different but VNS in Abingdon seems to run under it's own bygone era regime where managers think they are superior humans.
