Hostile Work Environment-Poor Leadership - Operations Manager Veolia Employee Review

Leadership is absolutely poor. Upper management was and is hostile and they promote a toxic work environment. HR was not willing to hear complaints, and nothing was confidential. I left and former colleagues reach out to me daily asking if there are openings where I am. I feel sorry for MMSD and the citizens of Milwaukee, WI. The client and citizens are getting robbed
