Pros
Great to work locally, old company principles with allowing you to leave at a moment's notice if a personal emergency occurs. Great drivers and managers.
Cons
Unfortunately some staff personalities are not dealt with which need to be addressed. Then the place would be perfect. Staff parking can sometimes be an issue.
