Pros
Worked for many Leaders in the company from 2000-2012 and gained excellent experiences. When I started with MDSI it was a great company and it was a different environment back then. We had a sense of pride and enjoyment at our workplace, an awesome support system. It was an awesome place to work. I have always achieved an above average rating until I started reporting to a "BOSS" (Yes, i will be leaving to pursue other "opportunities")
Cons
- it seems like the opportunities are being offered to new people and not the knowledgeable employees who have been supportive. - Some people are being "bullied" but it has been dismissed as a different style of management. Yelling at your staff won't motivate them. - Sadly all the leaders were transferred or were sacked or simply left the company. - HR does not care about you. Poor communication, response time....indefinite. - Policies are for show and not applied. - Manager does not trust employees and is so hypocritical -office politics (overkill) -Poor facilities management. building is either hot or freezing. (poor working environment) -Products released even when there is a bug
