Pros
It was a good workplace to work in because the culture was excellent initially and colleges are excellent.
Cons
- Micromanagement is at its peak, there is an open-door policy for discussion but upper management doesn't reply for weeks - Overhiring for new clients then mass layoffs, ( Two Mass layoffs this year ) - False assurances - Did mass layoff in Dec right before the Incremental cycle now they are hiring more people. - No future for employees. - Minimal compensation for employees who work overtime
