Salary above market, good thing for people coming from under privileged families, especially from small cities and interior areas. Furthermore, they to chill around and play games on xbox. Something they do not get anywhere else.
Cons
Be it changing company logos, color themes, going crazy on social media. Etc etc, cannot change this company for what it truly is. Stupid and employer centric management, biased performance appraisals, absolutely pathetic and unprofessional HR, favoritism, dirty and dingy office building, inconsistent finances, incompetent project management executives.....are just some of the things to describe what this company is actually about. If you are truly passionate about your career then you might want to pass a job offer from this company.
