Pros
Work Quality is good No pros at all except this that too when you have a work otherwise just sit and waste your time
Cons
Project Manager are not professioal at all, Behaviour is way bad than a shopkeeper, shouts and slamd employees like slaves or lower wage labours. Work is never appreciated. Company is run only due 2-3 good workers. Pay is less for fresher overall package is around 3.75 but inhand is given only 21000/- all kept in loyalty bonus after 1 year. No facilities at all.
