Pros
The CEO of the company is a true visionary, with a lot of dreams to do a lot good for making the company and the country a technological leader in the market. The work is the best, on a personal level every employee can learn a lot from the work he/she is doing. Too big projects are entrusted to young work force, CEO leads the work from the front.
Cons
Except for the CEO, every other management is tardy and looks for ways to escape the work, rather than completing it. Human Resources is the worst department of all, with not one of the HR representatives qualified enough or patient enough to complete the work. CEO in his zeal to take up challenging tasks overburdens each of the employees with work that is not properly planned at a micro level and hence the employee has to repeat his work many times, has an macro scale plan but lacks micro scale plan which in turn effects the zeal of an employee to complete the work People are chosen to management position not on the basis of merit but on how well they can please the upper management. Salaries not provided on time, company is insistent on continuing the practices of the past and not moving towards modernization of the equipment or methodologies. Finally an employee is not someone who is an equal but is a slave who does not have a voice. CEO is too much involved in microworkings of every department. HR and a lot of management is chauvinistic in nature.
