- You get to experience higher ups that are genuinely interested in your professional success. - It is a clean safe environment. - The pay is higher than any other adult retailer in the area. - You get lots of opportunities to make good hours if you want them. - The have side initiatives to keep people engaged and excited to come to work. - I genuinely feel loved, not only by my staff, but by all of my bosses. If you work hard they will work hard to make sure you know you're appreciated. - We get free education on anatomy and products as well as resources and books to grow ourselves professionally. - We get snacks for the staff every month - They want to build people from ground zero and work them up as far as they are willing to go. I think that's awesome because they aren't trading out employees for better ones. They invest in the ones they have. - We get access to Friedman and that is cool because it teaches you about sales. Im grateful for it because no matter what job I have in the future that class is applicable and I can pull from it.

- Sometimes there are late nights. - I wish we had more printed standards and less word of mouth. - I don't think people are ready for the level of professionalism that is expected when they apply. It isn't a con, but I think people have a hard time initially separating the nature of what we sell versus out company culture.
