Pros
A place to learn time management with variaty of work. Great Benefits that you wont find anywhere else.
Cons
Lack of creativity, the work is the same recycled solution and there is little space for innovation and creativity. Or you are not allowed to! The company culture is too individualistic and depends on relationship with management with poor social behavior. I quote from another review which is correct. "The management fosters a culture wherein employees are encouraged to look out only for themselves and consider everything a competition" Unfortunatly a huge part of your career oprtunity depends on it not on your actual experince.
