Great for learning, less for growing - Anonymous employee Velocity Partners Employee Review

Generally people are kind and care about each other and the work they are doing. When we are working on project teams that span x2 timezones, we work really well together and consider the timezone differences an advantage to doing business.

Times have changed and it's not as professional at Velocity as it once was. More consistent training and guidance for junior / inexperienced team members is needed.

- The people are one of a kind - really great teams! - The work is interesting! Very specific, but they produce brilliant pieces - You're looked after - everyone cares about your development and wellbeing - They do fun things! Lots of social events to take part in
