Great people, but poor leadership and internal alignment issues - Project Engineer Velcro Employee Review

I have been here at Velcro for over 3 years now and it has been a great experience for me. Overall the supervisors and manager have been very helpful and a good team environment. There is room for growth and the pay is good as well.

Don't have anything negative to say at the moment.

decent benefits, mostly clear expectations, pay is "competitive". comfortable place to work if you don't strive to progress in life. frequent opportunities for overtime.

poor management, strong blame game throughout most departments, many bad attitude employees are not handled properly ruining things for everyone else (unintentionally and intentionally). occasional long periods of mandatory overtime
