Pros
Support from a huge company (Magna), yet the benefits of an independent company. This allows for constant scheduling. The employees, management, and my team are all great to work with. There is an entire safety team that works hard to ensure safety and cleanliness in the plant. Growing so fast that there are lots of open positions and opportunities to advance.
Cons
Growing so fast that there are lots of open positions which means that current employees have to work more until they get filled. As others mention, there is a lot of OT, but a lot of people love it. I would love to see upper management communicate with a bit more excitement and enthusiasm. We meet regularly and there are a lot of opportunities to get employees pumped up.
