Management is enthusiastic and supportive. When I worked there the team dynamic was good. Everyone is helpful and works well together.

They emphasize cross training which helps provide a better understanding of the business as a whole but can be uninteresting to some.

Family atmosphere. The owners go out of their way to take care of their employees.

High volume shop, high pressure, tight deadlines, very difficult clients at times.
