Pros
If you'll be working remotely from home a portion of the time, the company will set you up with monitors, laptop, headphones, docking station, computer chair and other goodies to ensure you have everything you need.
Cons
The CEO believes in keeping teams as tight/short staffed as possible to ensure he's getting his money's worth out of his employees. So you'll have 2 or more client accounts and be expected to help on several others as well even though your workload is full and you don't have any more capacity. They will shame you for "lack of time management" and say that you should be able to help out more client accounts aka do the job of 5 people in 8 hours. Poor company culture, very toxic management. Started off as a fully remote employee and by the time I left they were requiring people in the office 4 days a week (within a 6 months time frame)
