Pros
- Flexible. You can work from home if you need to. Take random days off. As long as you do well and your manager is okay with it. - Health benefits are ok. Just recently added life insurance. - The company itself is doing great. No fears of layoffs here.
Cons
- Low pay (if you're not a developer) - Stingy - No compensation outside of some (few) stock opportunities - No upward movement within the company. They will hire a nobody before they promote the guy who's been there for 3 years. - Very few events throughout the year. 1 summer and 1 winter event. - Some events for only for developers - No 401k matching - Their #1 priority is "customer success". In doing that, they leave employee success in a far second. - No food. The kitchen is only stocked with a small amount of fruits/nuts on Monday which are gone by Tuesday.
