The upside is that once you learn the role, it can serve as a strong stepping stone to move into other positions within the company.

"Veeva Speed" is a sugarcoated phrase everyone uses to indicate being overworked and initial training is like drinking from a fire hose; this company makes enough money to hire the correct amount of people to do the work and pay them fairly.
