Pros

-The company has great potential, the concept behind Veem is something that can be helpful to a lot of business owners. -Some Directors and VPs are awesome human beings, I can't begin to express my admiration for people like Sheila James or Ralph Dager. -Front line employees are some of the best people I have ever met.

Cons

- No opportunity for career advancement. - Pay below average. - No clear direction/strategy of where the company is going. Company identity is lacking. - Mental health advocacy was non-existing. Sales Managers did not care about the employee's well being, constantly overworked the reps. - It did not feel like a team environment when I was there, it always felt like a competitive match between C-level executives and front line people. - It seems like there was a mandate from upper management to make sure employees were not reaching 100% quota. - Variable pay was miscalculated every month. - Turn over is ridiculously high. - Targets that were not realistic with the status of the platform. - Plenty of incidents where said managers had yelling matches with the reps.

Pros

There truly aren't many "pros" of working at Veem.

Cons

- CEO is clueless and it's obvious he's needed to step aside for years - Politics and favoritism is part of this company's culture - The product is an absolute joke and facade. It's impressed the CEO has conned VCs into giving the company as much as it has raised - If you want to see what mediorcre leadership looks like, look no further than Veem
