Pros
This company used to be good, but now there’s nothing “pro” left about it. Here you can join in a support role and become a BA without much knowledge and without even an interview to check if you’re actually eligible for the position.
Cons
Work-life balance is non-existent. For developers, it’s even worse the company always holds them solely responsible whenever a bug appears. No one questions the testers even if the same bug exists on both the development and UAT environments. There’s no proper management, as priorities change every day. Developers are frequently shifted from one task to another and they alone are expected to close bugs before leaving for the day while testers and managers are free to go home. Work on weekends. Nothing to learn.
