Pros
The UK office was a really great place to work. It was full of hard workers and people dedicated to innovation and making sure customers were looked after.
Cons
Unfortunately, decisions made at the top over the years have been really questionable. That coupled with bad CEO choices have made the company’s future really uncertain. The previous CEO at least put in good practices and looked after the staff but was just never present. The latest one is way out of their depth and has alienated staff (I think there’s less than 10 left now) while being absolutely devoid of any new ideas to make the product cutting edge again. Customers and partners actively asked for them to be left out of meetings which is a tough situation for teams. I think the company is only heading one way unfortunately which is a shame.
