3yFirst lets address the fact that he or she is unhappy Very sorry that they felt that. Did they approach us or the HR. Self reflection is important.
* Lower salary than industry standards------- To address this, I cannot address unless I know who the person is. We are a startup, we could not give increases as we had just launched the product in 2018. This was made clear to all employees. No one in the company had gotten a raise. Everyone voluntarily took a back seat on that
As someone mentioned below, they are actually doing a scam with the GOI. Not paying taxes and PF's to employees.-- Its not a scam We have to pay the government and the employees with interest and late payments Due to COVID we had to either keep the employees on payroll or fire during those two years. We have given each employee what we owe them in a letter. Glad this employee left. We do not like people with this kind of attitude and NO integrity at all. Don't hire them.
They can fire you anytime---- If your performance is totally bad after 3 tries we do let go Unfortunately. Cannot keep carrying dead weight And she was being helped by three people hoping she would do the job right. Handholding is for new comers not eternal. I personally spoke to her and explained why we were letting go of her. Entitlement is not an answer.
* No extra benefits apart from salary.------ ESOP is given at this point as we are a startup. so did Microsoft when they started. We are not a fortune 500 company.
Salary is mostly paid in instalments.---- Sometimes banks don't allow large international transfers in one chunk We have to stagger
* The attitude of manager of RnD team is torturous. He has never worked in any other corporate. He is unaware of the work culture, under him most of the employees leave the job.----No one in our company is like that That I can guarantee--It also depends on the employees attitude. You set the tone.
Also to attack the CEO's wife shows the caliber of the employee . SAD
