Not much room for growth

The people that I work directly with are great. Benefits are good and decent paid time off.

Management is constantly pushing for unobtainable goals with short staffing. Nothing is consistent, everyone has a different idea of how stuff should be done. Management who have never done this job makes decisions that make the job harder for the people actually doing it.
