Learning opportunity is good there. CEO is so cool person. You will get a lot to learn from him if your reporting to him. If you got good team , best place to grow if you are fresher

1.Work culture is so toxic in some team mainly if you are in the team where team lead uncle was cofounder. 2.Some time your lead put you in so much work load. 3.In some team, seniors are not cooperative, if you are a fresher .i have seen in a team where there was a junior i guess he was intern or fresher , his senior was talking him so rudely when he seek help from him or ask something. When i asked to that junior he/she said he always to the same.unfortunalty i was not him/her team so i could'nt do anything in that matter that time 4. Some time employees performance bonus will get affected if you are not in team lead good , doesn't matter how hard you are working there. 5.If your thinking to join it ,i will advice side by side start looking for somewhere else other opportunity after joining. 6.If your team and upper management are not good , worst place to work. 7.The moment you start felling demotivated in team , its time to switch . 8.Some team member play internal politics.
