To be honest, nothing at all.
Cons
Low pay but they state that they pay high salaries in their job postings. They fire people but make it seem like employees leave willingly, force them to sign a letter of resignation. CEO himself proudly states that his company fire employees and nobody has left willingly in a year. Also, employees had to go to the office even though COVID-19 tests of one employee and several employees’ relatives were positive. Moreover, they pay for extra hours of some departments and don’t pay for the rest of the company and still expect employees to work extra hours including the weekends.
