While small, the team is all super smart and good people. Vault emphasizes IQ when hiring so personalities are diverse but interesting.

Everyone is working super hard and a lot of different things and meeting client needs trumps all so occasionally work/life balance can be tricky but flexibility in hours makes up for it.
