Pros

Recruiter was good to work with Onboarding was smooth Some employees are nice Remote work (can also be a con since they love to micromanage).

Cons

-Constantly getting different feedback about how to complete work -Micromanaging - Scope Creep – they just add on accounts without asking you or informing you of them. -Training is confusing and inconsistent. It was very rushed for no reason at all. -Independent thinking and problem solving is not encouraged, ever. EVERYTHING must go through your team leader so they can micromanage you. Your manager gets added to every single teams group you’re in. -You will get bombarded by management if you don’t drop everything right then and there to do what they want you to do. If you do not respond immediately and take about 45 minutes to an hour to reply to someone that isn’t management and it's a non-urgent matter, then management will be included in emails/teams messages encouraging more micromanaging to take place. -There is a lot of misrepresentation about their culture in their job descriptions. They mislead you in to thinking it’s a healthy work environment and it is the complete opposite. Not a diverse workplace and they do not offer many live webinars on different cultures. -If you speak up to tell your manager that something is wrong about a certain situation or person, they will retaliate. -Rules of your job changing frequently and without notice is what they mean by being flexible. -Every second of your day must be accounted for. They expect you to be at your desk every single second of the day. Have a 15 minute gap in your schedule? Better fill that with something quick because they assume you just don’t have enough work. Don’t even think about using that time to do the necessities like bathroom breaks, making something to eat, and don’t even try to talk to anyone since you are supposed to be a robot and work every single second of the day. -If you’re not constantly bending over backwards, then it’s never enough for them. If you’re just doing what is expected of you and are getting things done, but not at the pace they want you to, then they will be sure to push you when it is not necessary. They don’t trust their employees. They don’t trust you and will always be breathing down your neck, checking your work, poking around in things they don’t need to be in. Why even bother hiring employees at that point? Do the work yourself then since you have all this extra time to micromanage. -Confusing guidelines. Guidelines and expectations are always changing. Overall unrealistic work expectations. -Lots of meetings that could have been emails. -Once someone gets promoted, they become unapproachable. -If you are in a lower-level position and you have a lot of knowledge or experience in the healthcare system, they will dismiss your input. -Must document tasks in multiple ways which is redundant.

Pros

Remote, that’s it. It’s flexible in that sense.

Cons

Every bad review is right- very poorly managed. Insane micromanaging, company not afraid to break labor laws and not pay you if they deem you’re “not productive”, if you have an emergency they will not let you off without making up time. Also, you’re better than this- pay is so so low for RN role. Oh and management has some very unstable personalities, I had a manager teams call me after I sent a message asking for guidance- to yell at me about sending the message to the wrong group. Apparently this is the norm, people will bing you for not adding a 15 min break or for being on a chart too long. Weekly meetings, even if you meet or exceed production expectations they will still expect more- and will doc your time if you’re not sitting there working non stop.
