Pros
Recruiter was very responsive and great to work with. HR for onboarding was really great as well. It literally ends there.
Cons
Training: TERRIBLE & CONFUSING. Expectation is that you remember everything immediately. DO NOT ask questions. I did in regards to something we were trained on weeks prior and by the time we actually used that training I was not confident in what I was doing so I asked a question. My colleague ran and told my direct manager that I had no idea what I was doing. I was then questioned on why I didn't know how to do something. Seems a bit ridiculous considering we were trained on the subject ONCE and barely practiced what we were taught. They will sell you on this AMAZING culture: DO NOT BELIEVE THE LIES. Co-workers are unfriendly. They get annoyed when you ask questions. They e-mail you and expect you to respond immediately. If you do not respond to the e-mail they are sending you a separate IM minutes later asking why you have not responded to the email. My opinion on this is that they act this way because they are drowning. They want to offload what they can and are frustrated. They take it out on the new people. VP and Upper Management were very unprofessional. Extremely intimidating and rude. Called you out in meetings and I feel those situations could have been handled better. Would also report back to you direct manager to tell them what they did not like about you. They would never come to you directly to have a conversation to discuss any concerns. So when your manager comes to you with this information out of left field it is a cause for concern and you feel blindsided. It felt like we were back in elementary school.
