Pros
1. Fast-paced company, so work doesn't feel mundane 2. Supportive leadership that truly cares about employees 3. Challenging work with a lot of autonomy - 4. Competitive compensation and great benefits package (especially for their size). I haven't paid a dime for healthcare this year, and I've had to use the plan quite a bit. 5. Great group of colleagues that make work fun. Cultural fit is an important part of the hiring process, and it shows. I actually enjoy coming into the office because of this. The free lunch and dinner is nice, too :)
Cons
The job can be demanding, but we're in a growth mode and that requires hard work. They're honest with people about this during the hiring process, though. It's not the right place for people who just want to coast through their careers.
