Bast company for Vas & IT - Project Vasonomics Employee Review

I find no reasons to stay here . Here because of the Bond that I signed which was not informed earlier when joining.

Poor Management. No care of employees. They will treat you as a daily wage labor, even the HR is not independent. Every Employee has to do every task even different from your job profile. No govt. proposed leaves. you have to work 26 days or salary will be deducted accordingly. No proper training . Fake things has been written on the website itself. when you raise concern about anything they will say " we will manage ". Give surprises which is never in employee favor . just skype conferences and no results. Its not a product based company , but a service based company (poor service). So in general you can say there is no development there. Nobody wants to work here , so leaves ASAP the bond expires.

1. Communication skills and lack of confidence in few employees. 2. Trust and reliability on Management.
