My years working at Vashi - Head of Development Vashi Employee Review

I initially joined Vashi as a consultant on a short term contract but enjoyed the work and environment so much that 2 years later I'm still here and now leading a team of really talented and inspiring people. The company is extremely ambitious and as a result every project really counts. You never find yourself doing something and wondering what is the point or is this even necessary. The expansion so far and in particular the plans going forward over the next few years will have a huge impact on my area of the company. It's definitely an easy place to stay motivated.
