Good company to work for.

No longer as a business

There are no pros, I just tolerated all the BS for they paychecks.

They don't value their employees. No room for advancement. They only promote their favorites and don't base it on people who are more qualified. HR has fits all the time. Management is poorly runned. They don't value their employees, you get treated like a robot. Management never listens to you, but when a higher up has a complaint, they are so quick to move on it. Leads are only out for themselves. They don't give raises on how well you work, they base your raise on the "teamwork". There is no teamwork, there're are only factions. We have no voice, they only want us to go on what they want. STAY AWAY from this place. High turnover rate.
