      They pay well and they don't beat around the bush if they like how you work.

      Cons

      The company treats people as tools. Tools that can be easily replaced and discard. They do mass lay offs often and reshuffle people. They don't care how long and how hard you've worked for the company, they will not hesitate to let you go.

      You choose how many and what clients you want as long as schedules are agreed upon. Some safety nets like payment in the case of no-show.

      Cons

      You never know if the student will cooperate or listen. Could be dealing with inattentive students just because parents wanted to check the box "child has received tutoring".
