Our challenges in selling are always self induced. Not enough inventory, production times that get extended, very high prices. Upper Management has been the same for decades & they are continuing the same poor practices & ineffective processes & procedures year after year. Zero opportunities for base draw salary increases. I have not grown professionally in this role.
